Many people have had the experience of meeting attractive men and women and wondering what they have done to make themselves look so good. Some of these people may simply be naturally beautiful. Others, in comparison, may look the way they do because they have gone under the knife. There are many reasons why people decide to undergo plastic surgery, and when done right, it can produce stunning results. However, not all plastic surgeries are performed well. Here are some of the most outrageous plastic surgeries you have ever seen:
More Than 100 Lip Injections
Kristina Rei from St Petersburg, Russia, was desperate to look like Jessica Rabbit. As a result, she decided to have her lips enlarged. To achieve the appearance of her favourite cartoon character, she received one hundred silicone lip injections. It is estimated that each lip injection cost £40, which puts the total for Rei's entire treatment around £4,000. In an interview, Rei expressed her satisfaction with the outcome of the procedure: “I think I look fantastic and it makes me happy. Sometimes strangers shout names at me in the street—like big lips—but I don't care. I want to go more extreme. I want to look like a cartoon character. I am addicted to it. I love it." Some people say the Russian woman has an addiction because she plans to make her lips even larger. Although the injections were extremely painful, Rei has said nothing will stop her from doing what she wants. She believes her original lips were so thin they made her look ugly. As it turns out, Rei was bullied in school because of her appearance.
Butt Implants From A Fake Doctor
Not all doctors are real; some are simply good at pretending to be medical professionals. Being a victim of a fake doctor can be a devastating experience. This is exactly what happened to a woman who wanted to enhance the appearance of her butt. Instead of getting a bigger and rounder butt, however, the woman ended up in the hospital after developing a serious infection. 'Dr.' Oneal Morris, a transgender woman, cut the patient open and injected a solution made of tire mender, mineral oil, and cement into her butt. She then closed the wound using superglue. Once authorities discovered the dangerous procedures Morris was performing, she was arrested by the Miami Gardens Police and charged with practicing medicine without a licence. Police believe there are other victims and are asking them to come forward. Fake cosmetic procedures—with fatal effects—are common in South Florida.
