5. Margarita Bars
To make the crust, combine one cup flour, one quarter cup powdered sugar, five teaspoons butter and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Blend and press the mixture into the bottom of a square baking pan. Bake at three hundred and fifty degrees for fifteen minutes. Beat together the following: one and one-half cups sugar, three eggs, one-quarter cup flour, one quarter cup lime juice, three tablespoons tequila and two tablespoons of triple sec. Pour over crust and bake another twenty minutes.
