10. Move More
You do not need to sign up for a gym to get in some exercise. Fitting more movement into your day is easier than you think! Park as far away as you can from each destination and walk farther to work, doctor’s appointments, or to coffee shops. You can even ride your bike, run or walk to work if it is possible. Leave a change of clothes at your office with some personal hygiene products and build movement into your commute to and from work.

If nutrition is your biggest downfall, sign up for a healthy cooking class to get familiar with the basics. Go online and check out community colleges or centers near you and sign up for one that interests you. Learning how to cook gives you lots of options. Once you start feeling comfortable, start experimenting with recipes on your own at home. Most meat and vegetable dishes are super easy to make and can be done on the stove or in the oven.
