18. Brown Bears
Brown bears are also commonly known as Grizzly bears (depending on what geographic location you’re in). This animal can be difficult to hunt because of its massive size and its foul mood.
Both grizzly and brown bears are unpredictable, ferocious, and are pretty temperamental. They’re also intelligent and curious, and they’ll test the skills of any would-be hunter.
An adult male brown bear can weigh around 700 pounds, and females are around 400 pounds.
Capable of hunting large prey in packs and incredibly smart, the wolf has been the target of hunters for thousands of years. In the past, wolves have been hunted for their fur coats and to eliminate the threat they pose to wildlife, people, and livestock. When a wolf is trapped or cornered, they act aggressively, if not savagely.
Wolves are hunted in the winter months when it is easier to track them. An adult male wolf can weigh in at upwards of 100 pounds and become 5 or 6 feet in length.
